Why we started
Anyone who has bought research peptides in Canada knows the pattern: a slick website, a purity figure with no document behind it, and a supplier who goes quiet when you ask which lab did the testing. The number on the label is asserted, not evidenced.
We built Virgo Pep Labs around the opposite default. Every vial carries a batch number. Every batch number resolves to a published certificate. You can check the vial in your hand against our COA lookup before you open it — and so can anyone else, which is rather the point.
How we work
Independent testing, every lot
Samples go to an accredited third-party laboratory. Not our own bench, not the manufacturer’s paperwork passed along unchanged. Each production lot is assayed before it is released for sale.
Failed lots are destroyed
If material does not meet specification it is retired and the batch number is never reused. We do not re-test until we get a number we like, quietly downgrade a stated purity, or move failed stock at a discount.
Published, not provided on request
Certificates are on the site, searchable by batch, before you ask. A supplier who will email you a COA only after a purchase has the incentive backwards.
Freshness is visible
Assay dates are shown on the catalogue, so you can see how recently the vial you are buying was actually tested — not just that it was tested at some point.
Shipping from Canada
We ship domestically only, from within Canada. No customs delays, no border seizures, no three-week transits from overseas. Orders placed before 2 pm ET go out the same business day, and temperature-sensitive items travel in insulated packaging with a cold pack.
What we will not do
We do not offer dosing advice, protocol design, or any guidance on use in humans or animals. Our products are supplied for in-vitro laboratory research by qualified professionals, and that is the only context in which we will discuss them. Suppliers who blur this line are taking a risk with your work and their own operation.
